Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- Please make sure that you added all coauthor's name and their correct affiliation addresses. Please consider that the publication system is an automatic process, and what you write in the affiliation address, emails, and coauthors, will automatically appear on the journal website. So please consider this important notification.
- To expedite the review process for your submissions, we kindly request that you provide contact information for three potential reviewers along with their email addresses and institutional affiliations. Including this information will greatly facilitate and accelerate the review process. Additionally, please ensure that all co-authors' names and their correct affiliation addresses are accurately provided during submission. It is crucial to maintain consistency between the listed authors and their respective affiliations in the submission data.
- Please add all authors' names, or all contributors not just the corresponding author's name, when you are submitting your paper. Please be sure that the affiliation addresses in the manuscript file should be the same as you are adding in the submission system. you need to add the same affiliation address of the authors and their email addresses while you are making the submission.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word. Two files should be prepared one with author names and the second without author names. Please consider that we are using blind review then the file without author names will be shared by the reviewers.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Exploring Common Diseases among Wild Animals and Humans and Wildlife Welfare
Dear Wildlife and Biodiversity Community,
We are pleased to announce a special issue of the Journal of Wildlife and Biodiversity dedicated to the exploration of common diseases shared between wild animals and humans. This special issue aims to bring together cutting-edge research and insights into the intersection of wildlife and human health, fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration.
Scope of the Special Issue: We invite submissions of original research articles, reviews, and case studies that address various aspects of diseases affecting both wild animals and humans. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Zoonotic transmission and emerging infectious diseases
- Comparative medicine and cross-species health investigations
- Wildlife conservation and public health implications
- Ecological factors influencing disease dynamics
- One Health approach to address shared health challenges
- Wildlife Health and Welfare
- Wild animal welfare
Submission Guidelines: Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts through the [Your Journal Submission System], following the standard submission process. All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process.
